This is one of the most popular woofers in Morel's range. Many manufacturers use it in 2-way and in multi-way high-end loudspeaker systems. Over the years minor improvments have been made to this woofer, the most significant improvement, its newly re-designed chassis, has now been introduced, resulting in this improved product.

The new chassis is of particularly heavy pressed steel is designed to allow the cone maximum freedom of movement, thanks to the addition of ventilation holes under the suspension. Morel's exclusive rear-vented, double magnet system stacked into the new chassis gives the product an interesting new look.

The loudspeaker's particularly large Hexatech aluminium voice coil supports a large area of tne cone, preventing cone break up and reducing high-power destortion.

The DPC cone and its center dome are one piece with a very shallow profile for better dispersion. This unit exhibits extraordinary reproduction of low frequencies, clear and warm mid-range and high power handling capability.
